Tank Repair Kits

Save buying a new or replacement tank. Fixes seam wells, pinholes, & stops rust for good. Leaves a ceramic like finish inside the tank. Fuel tank repair is more than just pouring in a litre of sealer and sloshing it around.  If gum, varnish, sludge or fuel is inside, it must be removed first, because no sealer will work in a contaminated tank.  Our very popular Tank Repair Kits have everything you need to do the job right.

The Motorcycle Repair Kit is specially designed for bikes and other small tanks as well, including outboards, recreational vehicles, chain saws, lawn mowers, generators, tanks, etc.  Enough for a 20 litre tank.

"This is just a quick note to thank you for that fantastic fuel tank repair kit. It arrived the very next day after I placed the online order. I have never removed, let alone repaired a fuel tank before, but following the straightforward instructions I think the job has been a success. The instructions say to leave the tank for four days to allow the sealant to dry thoroughly, but it has been so cold that I decided to leave at a few more days before refilling the tank with petrol. In the meantime, I am blowing fresh air into the tank occasionally with my compressor and a leftover length of fuel line fed down the filler spout to assist the drying process."
